Changelog 1.1.1 - Final Round edition


  • New move: press Backspace / B button to hop in place (costs 1 move)
  • Game now only starts up once gamepad is connected. This was meant to fix the lag, but game ended up laggy on Windows once I compiled it. Runs smoothly on Steam Deck (via Proton) as before.
  • New typeface
  • Polished graphics
  • Rearranged some sounds
  • 2 more controllers now supported (when plugged in via 8bitdo GBros adapter): Gamecube and Wii Nunchuck
  • New colourful game icon with more sizes!
  • Custom splash screen!
  • "Final Round!" message on next round screen
  • Some text has been bolded and/or enlarged to show that it's the header for certain screens.

Time for me to remake Ninja Numpties in Godot since Game Maker 8.0 is an outdated engine which doesn't run 100% correctly in Proton (Valve only ever patch GM8's compatibility by accident - Proton 9.0 fixed the BGM system's stop/play function) and this tiny game scales horribly except in SteamOS's Gaming Mode.
